Ollie offers an affordable, one-off, tailor-made training programme, which the client can follow on his own in the gym, in conjunction with a nutrition plan which Ollie will supply.

Ollie aims to provide insight into what really works for the average guy, without the need for the client to make significant lifestyle changes or spend large sums on weekly (or even daily) training sessions.

Unlike a personal trainer, Ollie does not see the client on an ongoing basis, making the programme very economical.  Ollie explains the philosophy behind good training and a healthy diet and provides a custom-made programme reflecting the specified goals of the client.
